Pre-purchase Inquiry

  • Open and select the product of your choice
  • On the product page, click on "Buy Now"
  • Select the variant and color of your choice. 
  • Click Buy Now to add payment and address details.
  • On Cart page, click on Checkout to add/select a delivery address along with all your contact details
  • After adding a delivery address, click on Place Order to continue to the payment screen.
  • Choose from the available options to make a payment for this order
  • Upon a successful payment or verifying your mobile number (for COD), the order will be successfully submitted. You will also receive an email and an SMS confirming this.
  • Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, passwords and OTP's. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option if available on the payment page to place your order.
  • If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
  • Go to
  • Click on Forgot Password
  • Enter your Email or Phone number
  • Click Next. You will get an option to sent the OTP to the registered phone number
  • If you want the OTP to be sent to Email address, click "Not Working"
  • Choose Verification method as "Email Address"
  • Click "Next"
  • Click "Send" button to receive OTP to the Email address
  • Enter the new password and verify your password
  • Please navigate to the product page to check the product availability, specs and price. In case the product is out of stock on you may click on Notify me and provide us your email/phone number, we will update you once the product is back in stock.
